      Nier would think he's physically strong. He believes that he's reliable in most  situations.   His resourcefulness and survival instincts are also something he values.

      Others see him as overconfident, arrogant and being borderline insane. His willingness to jump into danger has made others perceive him in this manner.

      Nier usually keeps people at arms length. While he's not overtly rude to others, he can seem cold and uncaring due to how he presents himself.

      Nier is motivated by an overwhelming desire to have revenge. He would destroy many things to keep his family safe!

      He spends his free time fishing and growing flowers.

      His greatest desire is to see his sister happy and healthy.

    Powers 

    Nier is a Replicant. Replicants were created as part of a project to preserve humanity which ultimately ended up in failure. The Replicant beings themselves originally lacked a proper soul. They also don't have any reproductive capabilities but otherwise look and act like normal humans.

    Combat ability:
    Nier prefers using melee weapons combat. He took many hunting jobs when he was about fifteen or so and learned how to wield one-handed swords. Over time he became more powerful by gaining more experience out on the battlefield. Now he's well versed in other weapons such as the spear and heavy two-handed swords. He's agile when he fights and his combat style is mostly improvised.

    Fishing:
    Nier's skilled at fishing. He was trained by an expert who lived near the sea. It's a skill that he picked up for survival purposes. He's got approximately five years of fishing experience. One time Nier caught a Hyneria which is about 4 meters in length and weighs roughly 2 tons

AU History: Believing himself to be an only child, Nier spent most of his youth bonding with his mother. He became concerned for her well being and took interest in medical science. Eventually he would take up nursing and study it with an internship. He regularly takes hospital shifts and occasionally helps patients. One patient in particular strikes him as odd. A young girl named (REI) Niko [personal profile] flowerclips  Apparently they have the same mother! He finds it quite puzzling because he never knew that he had a sister.

    He's curious and willing to try something new. On top of that, he's a studious individual who finds value in general knowledge. Nier is always very kind to others as well.

    His inability to remember people's names and faces would be his most offending trait.

    Nier usually speaks with people using a gentle and soft spoken tone. He dislikes raising his voice in front of others.

    He's motivated by his empathy towards others and a simple wish to be useful to his family.

      Leon would consider himself to be a loyal companion to have around. He's trustworthy and happens to be incredibly disciplined.

      He's often reckless and charges into situations without a plan and pretty much wings everything.

      Leon is normally polite, friendly and approachable. He's always happy to lend a hand.

      His main motivation is to help those who have fallen victim to crimes and restore some semblance of order in the world.

    Age: Physically 16, mentally he is older than that (a couple years)

    History: Noah is the second son of the Ebalon family, one of the six families who acted as elemental priests for Elrios. He inherited an affinity for darkness magic, while his older brother Harque was a master of moon magic. Harque and Noah were bullied by their family for their inability to conduct the duties of an elemental priest (El Master). Eventually, Harque managed to fulfil the requirements, but he was killed by Henir cultists afterward. Noah was sealed in an ancient temple for his protection while the cultists wrecked havoc.

    Noah wakes up five hundred years in the future, trying to avenge his brother. He tries to use moon magic (healing powers) to help people around him, but they died due to being caught in a cultist trap. Noah thus goes through countless time loops trying to save them, causing his body to crystallize. Eventually, he realizes that he has to accept that making a perfect ending is impossible, and resolves to heal the ruined world like his brother would have.

      Noah is persistent in carrying out his (self-imposed) duty, careful when it comes to collecting information and analysis, and kind enough to help people.

      ⬥ What do others consider to be your character's worst weakness?

      Noah is very fixated on his duty and his memory of his older brother. He obsesses over what his brother represents (kindness, empathy, gentleness) and tries his best to become someone similar, going as far as to continuously reset time and learn a form of magic that would kill him in order to act out 'what his brother would have wanted' even though he's only assuming from what he remembers.

      ⬥ How does your character interact with others?

      Noah is soft spoken and polite. He tries to help others if they have difficulties, or practice his magic/learn more skills if they do not. He does keep to himself more if others don't come to talk to him, though.

      ⬥ What motivates or drives your character?

      Noah wants to be useful, and that usually means using his moon magic to heal others. He wants to live as his older brother would, which is to carry out the will of the moon element (to restore the ruined world).

      ⬥ How does your character spend their free time?

      Noah likes to read books, or study more about his healing magic.

      ⬥ What is your character's greatest desire?

      He would wish for his brother Harque to be alive again, though this is clearly impossible. A more possible wish would be that the world is rid of the cultists that stole everything from him.

    CRAU: N/A

    Powers: Noah is an Elrian born before the El Explosion, so he's noted to have a much higher magical aptitude than the current cast. He inherited a predisposition towards darkness magic, which was then mixed with sun magic to become shadow magic. Using this, he could hypothetically control shadows and use them as weapons or create constructs with them (like cats). However, he chooses to not use this ability, and thus his potential with shadow magic is not utilized at all.

    Noah chooses to use moon element magic, which focuses on healing. He is able to buff allies and apply various debuffs on enemies using moon magic. He uses two summoned items to channel his magic, the Relic of Confession (used in offensive spells) and Relic of Rest (used in healing/supportive spells). Continued use of moon magic, which he is genetically incompatible with, has crystallized parts of his body. He has lost the ability to feel in his hands and parts of his legs due to crystallization. It will continue to progress as long as he chooses to use moon magic.

    He was given a pendant by his brother that allows him to rewind time whenever he dies, essentially 'resetting' his timeline to a certain point.

    Noah is too hardworking. He gets very absorbed in studying or working on something and forgets to eat or drink, which is compounded by his weak constitution. In the end he wants to be useful despite his congenital weakness and it makes him push himself more than he should.

    Noah wants to be able to help others and find a way to lessen the pain of people who have debilitating disease.

      ⬥ What does your character consider to be their top 3 strengths?
      1.] Usually a detriment, it's occasionally a boon to Akira to have an emotionally withdrawn disposition; experiencing mostly the instinctual short-lived reactions to physical stimulus and comparatively little psychological distress allows for a way to remove himself mentally from something that might otherwise break a more emotional person.
      2.] He may be cold and impersonal, but underneath the surface, Akira does care about those who he's let inside, in his own way; and though they're few in number as he doesn't have the emotional capacity to give any more of himself than it takes to interact with basically one select human being at a time, he's devoted and loyal once that connection is made.
      3.] Reading social cues and picking up on the emotions or intentions of other people is a challenge and Akira doesn't often think of possible outcomes or attribute malicious intent unwarranted, which allows him to have more initial trust in people, albeit sort of accidentally, because he takes them at their word and won't ascribe motivations, theoretically keeping a more open mind about things.

      Apathy; he has a difficult time processing his feelings and can come across as detached and dispassionate, outwardly displaying little in the way of emotions no matter the situation. He veers towards stating things in a blunt manner, devoid of empathy or understanding intonations and his direct and sometimes biting comments are made more callous and cruel because he voices them so flippantly.

      ⬥ How does your character interact with others?
      He does everything possible not to have to interact with other people, which includes literally just ignoring their existence or refusing to participate in things because he feels more lost and confused the more he has to engage with people. Akira is peripherally cognizant of his disconnect and recognizes himself as asocial to a degree, but what he doesn't understand is how his own lack of emotional awareness affects other people. He's dismissive and unresponsive to a disturbing degree sometimes and it's often mistaken for a superiority complex rather than as coming from a place of fear and the absence of an identity.

      ⬥ What motivates or drives your character?
      Survival mostly, and a slight fear of death; though it's a very muted type of motivation and nothing really drives him in the sense of striving to get anywhere. He has absolutely no ambitions or goals to achieve and considers himself the equivalent of dead inside.

      Akira has very minimal hobbies; unable to get any joy or pleasure out of most activities or social engagements. He could stare at the wall all day and forget to eat and consider it a day well spent, in need of direction from someone else to have any motivation besides making enough money to survive. He likes wandering aimlessly, fighting or other physical activities, and tinkering with cars and mechanical things.

"Mike" was born in Vitae to lower-class parents; his mother just up and left when he was four years old, and he grew up with only his father around. Said father, we will call him Brian, worked long shifts at the convenience store and supplemented his income selling marijuana in the parking lot, which he grew at home in plastic buckets. His illegal activities progressed and resulted in several arrests. He was in and out of jail, and during those times, Mike stayed in the assisted living apartments, which irritated him greatly. Thus, he got emancipated at 16 and dropped out of school shortly after. He had a string of odd jobs and very temporary employment where he'd quit the majority of attempts at work once socialising became too much.

He's currently 24, lives in a shitty apartment by the occult shop, and works for a janitorial company. He cleans floors at night for several buildings like the supermarket, business center, the bank, and various stores in the mall. He's rarely seen during the day, usually sleeping or loitering around the downtown area; hangs out in the convenience store parking lot to smoke (cigarettes) sometimes and go through a few scratch offs. He carries around a 35mm camera and takes weird "artistic" photos of shit like sad weeds growing out of the sidewalk, and develops them in his tiny bathroom and never shows them to anyone.

    Staring at walls and doing nothing is still a favoured past time, but without a military background and trade school experience with auto mechanics, Akira Mike doesn't lean towards fighting or messing around with cars. A job in his original life, photography is a hobby in this AU and he devotes a good chunk of time to it without ever revealing his work. He doesn't enjoy, or even tolerate, much else, so there's also a lot of just "wandering".

      → Niko doesn't think that she has any strengths and would struggle to answer. If she was really pushed, she would say that she's okay at origami, but nothing else. In reality, her greatest strengths are her thoughtfulness, kindness, and strong willpower to live.

      ⬥ What do others consider to be your character's worst weakness?
      → Her pessimistic nature and how she tends to put herself down. Abandoned by her mother and being told that she was unwanted did a lot to her self-esteem so she has a hard time believing that people genuinely care about her. Even when it was obvious that another patient, Yuki, obviously considered her as a friend, Niko never saw it that way and kept thinking that she had no one.

      ⬥ How does your character interact with others?
      → She's pretty shy so she wouldn't say much when interacting with someone for the first time. She'd open up a bit after she gets to know someone and she may share a smile or laugh, but it'd take a while before she can feel completely comfortable around someone.

      → Being able to live her life in the way that she wants and to experience new things. Being hospitalized and bedridden for many years, Niko longs to experience everything that she couldn't have. She fears that she's going to die without doing anything so she's motivated to find any sort of meaning that she could attribute to her life.

      → There's not much to do in a hospital so she mostly reads old children's books, makes origami, and prays that she'd no longer be sick.

AU Name: Niko Lambert
AU Age: 16

AU History: Born as the result of an affair, Niko was kept as a secret from her mother's side of the family while her father's side wanted nothing to do with her. Shortly after she was diagnosed with an unknown illness at a young age, she was then abandoned and left at the hospital. For the next decade and some years, she was confined to a bed and was unable to attend school, which stunted her socializing skills and the ability to make friends. She quickly grew bitter and resentful of her family, directing most of her anger towards her mother and half-brother, although she didn't know anything about him. She simply just hated him as he was wanted by their mother and because her name (which meant "second child") would always be a reminder of that fact. She would eventually meet him when he became her nurse, though neither of them knew about their familiar relationship. They got along well and her brother, Nier, became her first friend. By the time that they found out that they were siblings, Niko could no longer hold a grudge against him, as he was left completely in the dark about her existence. After knowing each other for several long years, she became his dotting little sister and was eventually released from the hospital. She currently lives in a small apartment with Nier and has just secured a job at the local flower shop, trying to finally live a normal life.

    ⬥ What does your character consider to be their top 3 strengths?
    → Niko doesn't think that she has any valuable life skills, so she would say that her top three strengths are her in-depth knowledge of flowers, the ability to recount fairy tales in detail, and being a good little sister. Unlike her OU version, she grew up happier with Nier's presence and her self-esteem is slightly higher, which allows her to actually attempt to give an answer.

    → Same as OU, though she makes more of an effort to break out of her shy shell.

      → Duelling, of course! That'd be his go-to answer before he'd realize that he'd need to give two more strengths. He'll then say that he's great at making friends and that he's very loyal to them.

      → His sheer idiocy. Although he has learned that duelling shouldn't be everything in life, he still has very little interest outside the children's card game and its spirits. He is not known for his high IQ.

      → He is overly friendly, even with complete strangers, and is like a very loud, excited dog. This can be extremely annoying for those who want nothing to do with him or who can't keep up with his endless energy.

    SPOILERS FOR TOKYO XANADU AHEAD. NOT THAT ANYONE PLAYS IT SO OH WELL.

    History: The wiki is awful so here is a long summary by me. But that's super long so-

    TLDR VERSION
    Jun was raised by the Kronos Orden, a underground organization funded by the church with goal of fighting Greed (aka monsters/demons) and sealing the Eclipse - aka a spirit realm that causes a lot of problems. Not much is known about Jun's past but basically he was raised to be a human holy weapon with no emotional ties, which isn't great. When he was 15, he was commissioned by the Japanese military to help them investigate some unusual paranormal activity in Morimiya, a suburb of Tokyo. While he was there, he started attending high school as a cover and got befriended by a group of normal teenagers. Over the course of a year and a half, he lived a double life (Student by day, Seal Knight by night) and his exposure to actual normal teenagers began to rub off on him and little by little he started developing into his own person rather than just a weapon.

    During his second year in Morimiya some schoolmates, including his friend Kou, started getting involved with the paranormal side of things. At first Jun coldly observed and manipulated things from the shadows to further his own mission, but as his sense of empathy grew he started getting more protective and concerned. Eventually his friends called him out like "dude we know it's you dumbass" and made it clear that he was still their friend no matter his freaky backstory. Since then, he's been working alongside his schoolmates to help protect Morimiya.

      ⬥ What does your character consider to be their top 3 strengths?

      Jun thinks he's trash so I'll answer on his behalf.

      Jun has a very pragmatic view when it comes to accomplishing missions, never letting his own ego get in the way of what must be done. He's adaptive and is always opening to trying new things as a chance to learn about himself and the world. Finally, Jun is excessively kind - when he is moved to act with kindness, he will go above and beyond reasonable expectations.

      ⬥ What do others consider to be your character's worst weakness?

      I'm sure some would say his tendency to be completely secretive, but his true weakness is that he's emotionally stunted. While he's come a long way, he struggles with complicated and/or strong emotions. Most often this manifests as apathy and just an overall disconnect to certain emotional conversations.

      ⬥ How does your character interact with others?

      Jun is on the quieter side, and usually tries to stick to polite small talk if he has to converse. He is prone to tease if the opportunity presents itself and he's more than happy to talk about anime. When he's on the job, his mannerisms shift closer to a demeanor best described as "aloof asshole" as he'll only talk when he needs to and won't hesitate to leave if he feels like it.

      ⬥ What motivates or drives your character?

      Originally he lived only to complete his missions as they were assigned to him. These days however, he's motivated by wanting to help and protect the people he sees as precious in his life.

      ⬥ How does your character spend their free time?

      Watching anime, playing video games, reading stories he finds on the internet. He truly is one giant nerd.

      ⬥ What is your character's greatest desire?

      To seal the Eclipse so his loved ones can be safe. Also to be able to be alongside his friends and to continue to grow as a person as much as possible.

    Powers: As a Seal Knight, Jun is essentially a living weapon. Among the Underground in the world, Seal Knights are considered the most powerful of the anti-Eclipse combatants. Jun is no exception to the rule, as he's shown able to single-handedly take down Greed strong enough to normally require entire teams of regular wielders. The methods to how they obtained this level of power is shrouded in mystery, though they claim they were acknowledged by God. Until canon says otherwise, I'm going to take this claim at face value.

    His abilities are as followed:

    ✟ Holy Sword: He can summon a giant holy sword, called Alka Regus, at will. Notably he can summon this sword even outside Eclipses (unlike other Soul Devices), and he says only Sealed are capable of wielding it.

    ✟ Shroud: He can change into his Seal Knight uniform at will like a very prudish magical girl. The hood is enchanted to obscure his voice when it's up, though it'll malfunction if he's badly injured. The fabric is enchanted with light magic to further protect its wearer and probably repair itself considering it was still wearable after he was impaled.

    ✟ Light Magic: In fights he uses powerful light-elemental magic to obliterate opponents. This includes a range of skills, but most notably is his ability to make HOLY RAIN OF DEATH.

    ✟ Light Arrows/Bow: He can create shoot up to six normal sized light-arrows at once to fire at opponents, or one giant-sized one depending on his needs. He can also create a bow out of light big enough to use his sword as an arrow.

    ✟ Teleportation: He can use magic to teleport himself and others. This only seems to work in the real world unless he takes the time to create a portal. It won't work for any areas that aren't allowed for plot reasons and he avoids using it in places he's never been since teleporting himself into a wall would suck.

    ✟ Magic: He can cast various spells such as creating a fake sleeping version of himself, binding spells, tracking spells, a voice distortion spell - basically a bunch of random spells that would be handy for his line of work and/or plot convenient.

    ✟ Regeneration: He can heal quickly from injuries, even fatal ones. He can heal up from being impaled in about 2 days- 1 day if he has the chance to relax and completely focus on healing. Smaller injuries will take a few hours, depending on the severity.

    ✟ Enhanced abilities: Strength, speed, endurance, dexterity. He can parkour like no other and also wield a giant sword with one hand despite being tiny.

    ✟ Enhanced Senses: He can pick up on presences of others, and whether or not they are hostile. He can also sense different types of magical/spiritual energies well enough to distinguish between them - even more so than other Underground people.

    ✟ Fighting Abilities: He spent his whole life being trained to fight monsters so yeah he can throw punches. He is most proficient in swords and bows, but he can probably make do with what he has.

    ✟ Seal: He has a seal mark on his arm that'll glow when activated. Mostly this is used as a form of ID to other Orden members, but should he get injured to the point of life threatening- it'll activate and blow up everything near him with very powerful light magic as a last-ditch effort to protect him.

    Inventory: His school uniform, a silver cross, and his smartphone. It's a Xiphone cause Falcom does not want to get sued.

      That he's determined, hard-working, and friendly.

      ⬥ What do others consider to be your character's worst weakness?

      Either being short-sighted or self-centered depending who you ask. They're not wrong.

      ⬥ How does your character interact with others?

      Yuya's generally friendly and welcoming, even if someone's not quite a friend he treats acquaintances nicely. He's more likely to just avoid someone he doesn't get along with. Friends get the full brunt of his attention and support, and also whining. With everyone, he's pretty genuine, although he'll smother any feelings that might cause conflict with friends and be a little bit easy to walk over.

      ⬥ What motivates or drives your character?

      Smiles Really it's love, Yuya's driven by how much he cares about others. He wants to see them happy, and in turn be made happy by them.

      ⬥ How does your character spend their free time?

      Mostly, plays card games. When not card games, he's generally into having fun in physically active ways, like sports or breaking watermelons or running off to sit on the edge of bridges and stare pensively with his thoughts.

      Happiness, in the general, but more specifically he wants to be an amazing entertainment duelist and bring other people happiness through the game.

AU History: Yuya is the currently only known survivor of the Sakaki family, an established clan in Vitae that largely perished in a house fire a year ago. While largely respected as a charming group, they've been followed by oddities and rumors from those who get close and Yuya's no exception to seeming 'lovely, but strange'. And maybe the person that set the fire that killed his family, depending who you ask (but he didn't).

He has since dropped out of school in order to run the family's teahouse, their pride and joy that much of his childhood revolved around, full time. He's recently hired an NPC to help, against the standard of keeping it within the family.

    ⬥ What does your character consider to be their top 3 strengths?

    Same as canon.

    From people who know him less that he's so weird, they aren't sure what to make of him. From people that know him better, that he's over-emotional. He's still short-sighted and self-centered but they're things other people in Vitae likely don't see near as much as in canon.

    ⬥ How does your character interact with others?

    As a result of being in an isolated family who puts on a nice front but is plagued with rumors, Yuya also tends to interact with people behind a friendly, humorous mask. He's charming but isn't as honest with his feelings, keeping everyone at kind of a distance where it's easier to show off only his best and prevent them from latching onto more reasons to find him strange, or reject him.

    ⬥ What motivates or drives your character?

    At his core, his motivation is the same as canon. But his family situation in canon has pushed him to focus his future on the teahouse at the expense of any personal desires, so that's basically his main motivation for anything.

    ⬥ How does your character spend their free time?

    Yuya's hobbies have largely focused around forms of entertainment suitable for events at the teahouse--playing instruments and singing and the expect tea ceremony, training to act the role as the host. He does actually enjoy being on the stage (where he's getting positive attention) so he'll take an excuse to show off his honed talents.

    He also spends an inordinate amount of time at the shrine, and when he's alone seems to talk as if he expects someone (or something) to be there.

    ⬥ What is your character's greatest desire?

    Happiness, mixed with a desire for freedom to pursue it on his own terms, rather than continuing his family's legacy in accordance to their expectations with no room to deviate.

      ⬥ What does your character consider to be their top 3 strengths?:
      Zeke knows he’s absolutely clever, on top of being able to prioritize rationale and strategy above allowing emotion to control him or a given situation. He also likes to think that his ability to “enjoy life” and see it, instead of serious situations as a fun game, allows him to diverge from stress and outwardly take matters near lightly, that way allowing himself to make the correct decisions.

      ⬥ What do others consider to be your character's worst weakness?:
      Characters have mentioned that Zeke, despite acting kind (and at times a little comedic), has the flaw of not being able to present himself as genuine. He comes off to some of his keener comrades as wearing an odd mask constantly spewing lies about who he is and what he thinks, considering those a dark secret that may compromise his image.

      ⬥ How does your character interact with others?
      He’s acts as a respectable leading figure for his younger colleagues, he cracks a joke or three for those he gets along with and is generally charismatic tending to reserved. With more antagonistic interactions, Zeke tends to be sarcastic and ironic with his words, but hardly ever really retorts with direct verbal insults or aggression. He sort of backhandedly and smartly does it.

      ⬥ What motivates or drives your character?:
      Before his death, it was saving the world. Zeke was raised in a neglectful way and was molded to believe that being alive as an Eldian is a burden. Automatically, he’s assumed for a very long time that it’s a burden for all Eldians, and chooses to end their ability to reproduce for the sake of preserving other like-minds from the suffering the race endures (and fails). By the end of his arc, he realizes that the little moments of pleasure are what make living worthwhile, then using that as a drive to sacrifice himself and give the world a second chance rather than taking it away.

      ⬥ How does your character spend their free time?:
      Smoking, telling jokes, playing baseball, and he’s shown to really enjoy a good book.

      ⬥ What is your character's greatest desire?
      He wishes he could’ve played a little more catch with his father figure, Xavier.


    Powers:
    power of the titans: Zeke can form an "outer shell" titan body called the Beast Titan; this vessel is seventeen meters in height and closely resembles an ape. Zeke's titan is one of the few that can clearly communicate through his words. Because of his royal blood, this titan power allows to him to control mindless titans as well as turn "infected" Eldians into titans with his scream. On top of this, his titan hide can also harden into a tough, crystal-like substance for protection, although show to be slow.
    regeneration: part of the titan shifter package, Zeke can regenerate wounds that range anywhere from harmless cut to losing a limb. He grows them back during the course of the day, and while difficult to kill, too much damage to his body to the point that regeneration can't keep up can kill him, that our severing his head.

Zeke (as his friends call him!) grew up in this city in an average American home and family. He has a mother, father and younger brother (tbd in case someone wants to take that position), is closer to his mother due to his father working around the clock as a physician, though they all tend to be on comfortable terms. He now works as a single man, no kids, a Primatologist with a Bachelor’s degree directed to Zoology, a Masters in Anthropology and finally working through his PhD for full on monke. He works as an undergrad/grad teacher for biology and animal science in the mean time, but dedicates most of his hours to research, getting lost in orangutan YouTube channels at 2am, and when time allows it: a volunteer assistant baseball coach for children. He craves social interactions and owns a cat named George, he started smoking to put off the study steam, but his crammed hours working towards his dream in field research is what takes up most of his time rather than getting himself an SO.

    Nothing changes here— Zeke considers his strengths the same.

    He doesn’t take mistakes well. He tries to, but it’s pretty clear that when something derails from his predictions, he smokes more often to keep his stress on the borderline and usually wears quite the sour face.

    Charismatically, a bit of an oddball but always genuinely meaning well.He’s more open with his emotions and thoughts compared to his canon counterpart, as he’s grown up with the freedom to express himself and having little to hide.

    ⬥ What motivates or drives your character?
    Science. He loves having something to focus on. He loves collecting data for papers, he loves studying his childhood favorite animal and he loves passing down that new knowledge. The prospect of discovery is grand for Zeke— curious as his apes are.

    He hardly has much these days as his mentor unloads heavy baggage for him to spread into publications, but he hangs out with his cat, loves a good game of baseball (watching is great, but playing is even better), and— the internet is for monke memes.

    Zeke wants to find professional fulfillment and believes that will bring him happiness— in the end, that’s all he really wants. To succeed, live well, and be happy with his passion.
